Job Description: Food & Beverage Guest Relation

As a Food & Beverage Guest Relation at Accor, you play a vital role in serving Hilton Brands. Working on behalf of our guests and collaboratively with other team members, your responsibilities include welcoming guests in a friendly and professional manner, addressing and escalating customer complaints, and providing information about facilities and services.

What you will be doing:
- Review arrival lists to welcome guests
- Attend to special guests (e.g., VIPs) and answer their inquiries
- Provide information about amenities, area, and venues, and promote services
- Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers
- Offer assistance with certain tasks (e.g., confirming travel arrangements, taking messages)
- Record information in the logbook daily
- Ensure compliance with health and quality standards

Qualifications:
- Service-focused personality is essential
- Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Proven experience as a Guest Relations Officer
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Computer literacy
- Customer-oriented and professional attitude
- Outgoing personality
- Outstanding communication abilities
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Diploma or BSc/BA in Hospitality Management is preferred

- Constant standing and walking throughout the shift
- Frequent lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs.
- Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting
