Job Description:
Reception Agent
As a Reception Agent, you are the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm and memorable experience from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Experience:
Greet and welcome guests with exceptional service, handling check-ins, check-outs, and responding to guest requests throughout their stay.
- Personalized Service:
Take initiative to offer personalized experiences that enhance the guest’s visit, including promoting the hotel’s facilities and up-selling opportunities.
- Account Settlement:
Handle the settlement of guest accounts and manage related administrative tasks.
- Team Collaboration:
Work alongside your team to maintain a high standard of guest satisfaction and create a welcoming environment.
- Promote Accor Brand:
Actively promote the hotel’s facilities and encourage guests to participate in any available services that could improve their stay.

Qualifications:
- Experience:
Prior experience as a Reception Agent or in a similar customer service role is an asset.
- Technical Skills:
Experience working with Opera or a similar hotel management system is advantageous.
- Language Skills:
Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
- Customer Service Focus:
A service-oriented personality with a genuine passion for hospitality is essential.
