Job Title: F&B Service Expert - Private Dining
Position Summary:
As an F&B Service Expert - Private Dining, you will be pivotal in creating memorable and unique dining experiences for our guests. Your role is not just about serving food; it’s about crafting an exceptional and personalized experience from start to finish. You will engage directly with guests, manage the dining experience, and ensure that every detail is executed to perfection.
Responsibilities:
- Guest Experience:
- Provide exceptional service and deliver a wide range of services to ensure guests enjoy their meal and experience.
- Set tables, communicate with the kitchen, interact with and serve guests, and clean work areas and supplies.
- Ensure every transaction feels seamless and contributes to a memorable dining experience.
- Operational Duties:
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Uphold quality standards, ensuring uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional.
- Manage menu information, verify details, and perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving objects.
- Physical Requirements:
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and navigate sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
- Perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 50 pounds with assistance.
- Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education:
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Experience:
- Less than 1 year of related work experience.
- Supervisory Experience:
- No supervisory experience required.
- License or Certification:
- None required.
