Position: Guest Experience Expert
Position Summary

As a Guest Experience Expert, you will be at the forefront of delivering personalized, memorable service to our guests throughout their stay. Empowered to take initiative, you will anticipate and fulfill guest needs, whether managing operational requirements, responding to requests, completing reports, or offering insights on local attractions. Your role is essential in ensuring that every interaction enhances the overall guest journey.
Success in this role requires not only an ability to create a welcoming and safe environment but also adherence to company policies and procedures, protection of company assets, and maintenance of confidentiality. Your attention to detail, professionalism in appearance and communication, and commitment to upholding quality standards are vital.
As a Guest Experience Expert, you will be on your feet frequently, moving around to meet the needs of guests and the business. This includes performing various physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance. Your dedication to doing these tasks well, along with other responsibilities, will ensure that we consistently deliver outstanding experiences for our guests.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Related Work Experience: No prior related work experience required.
- Supervisory Experience: None required.
- Licenses/Certifications: None required.
