Job Description

Job Title: Multi-Property Sales Coordinator

Position Summary:

The Multi-Property Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the Sales & Marketing team across multiple properties, ensuring smooth operations throughout the sales process. This includes preparing sales-related documents, managing guest inquiries, and promoting the Marriott brand image. The coordinator will act as a point of contact for clients, providing excellent service to maximize revenue and maintain guest loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Support:
- Perform general office duties such as filing, emailing, typing, faxing, and copying to support the Sales & Marketing team.
- Prepare and process sales-related documents such as proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders.
- Assist in gathering materials and assembling information packages, including brochures and promotional materials.
- Use sales techniques to maximize revenue while ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty.

- Client Interaction:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and requests via phone and email.
- Provide detailed information on property facilities, services, rates, room types, packages, promotions, entertainment, restaurants, and special events.
- Anticipate and address guest needs, delivering a high level of service in line with Marriott standards.

- Sales Process Management:
- Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information related to commissions, leads, and third-party data in sales-related software.
- Ensure accurate documentation throughout the sales process and maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information.

- Team Collaboration:
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues to achieve team goals.
- Support team members by listening to and addressing their concerns, fostering a collaborative work environment.

- Compliance & Standards:
- Adhere to company policies, ensuring personal appearance and behavior meet professional standards.
- Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
- Safeguard company assets and maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information.

- Guest Experience:
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests following company standards.
- Thank guests with genuine appreciation and ensure their needs are met with timely, professional communication.

- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.

- Additional Duties:
- Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Education:
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

- Related Work Experience:
- At least 1 year of related work experience, preferably in a hospitality or sales support role.

- Supervisory Experience:
- No supervisory experience required.

- License/Certification:
- None required.
