Job Description
Job Title: Hotel Cleanliness Expert
Position Summary:
At The Westin Doha Hotel & Spa, our mission goes beyond simply providing guests with a clean room and freshly made bed; we aim to create memorable and unique experiences. As a Guest Environment Expert, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the hotel. Your responsibilities will include delivering guest requests, stocking carts, cleaning guest rooms and public spaces, and more. You will have the autonomy to navigate the hotel and address tasks proactively, ensuring that every space contributes to a great guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of all hotel areas, including guest rooms and public spaces.
- Respond to guest requests promptly and efficiently.
- Stock cleaning carts and ensure all necessary supplies are available.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Uphold safety standards, company policies, and procedures while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Stay on your feet for extended periods, performing hands-on work to meet the needs of guests and the hotel.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and guest needs.
