Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily front office operations, providing exceptional service to guests.
- Learn and perform various front desk duties, including check-in and check-out processes.
- Support the front office team in handling guest inquiries and resolving any issues.
- Participate in the preparation of reports and documentation as needed.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge in hotel management.
Qualifications:
- Must be a current college or university student pursuing a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
