Position: Guest Experience Expert (AYS Agent)
Position Summary

As a Guest Experience Expert, you will play a pivotal role in curating personalized services that guide our guests through every aspect of their stay. From managing operational needs and addressing guest requests to completing reports and sharing insights about local attractions, your ability to make every interaction feel seamless and integrated into the guest experience is essential.
In this role, you'll be empowered to take initiative, move freely within the space, and respond to the needs of both guests and the business in real-time. You'll embody Marriott’s commitment to delivering service with thoughtfulness, creativity, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and any requests during their stay.
- Anticipate and address operational requirements, including processing reports and handling guest inquiries.
- Share valuable information about local highlights to enhance the guest experience.
- Uphold Marriott’s quality standards in personal presentation, communication, and service delivery.
- Maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Ensure a safe working environment by following health and safety standards.
- Perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
- Complete other duties as assigned to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Work Experience: No previous related experience required.
- Supervisory Experience: Not required.
- Licenses or Certifications: None required.
